Graff Guild envisioned an update for this South Orange home that would involve opening up compartmentalized rooms to create space for large-scale entertaining and the family’s everyday needs.

 

Located in the Newstead neighborhood, which is known for a mix of historic and modern homes, Graff Guild got to work with the clients in dreaming up a solution for combining their separate kitchen and dining room spaces, crafting a breakfast area, relocating the ground-floor powder room, and creating a new butler’s pantry.
